Raj Guru – Managing Member of Atlas Hospitality and Director of Development
With 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Mr. Guru serves as the development and technology arm of Atlas. A veteran of the telecom, telecast and ATM industries, Mr. Guru holds several degrees including Mechanical Engineering. He also owns and operates 23 KFC/Taco Bell franchises in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. As an experienced NYC developer he has completed several ground-up hotels including, InterContinental Hotels and Marriott’s family of brands from inception to Certificate of Occupancy, on time and on budget. Last completed project being the 310 room Intercontinental Staybridge-Times Square. Currently working on a new construction 128 room Hotel Indigo (IHG) in Financial District, New York and also on a 166 room Marriott hotel in Times Square, New York. In addition to these hotels, he will begin a residential-condominium project on 4th Ave, Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2017 and plans to start working on 2 new construction hotel properties in Long Island City, New York – a 116 room Staybridge Suites and a 104 room Wyndham Tryp- beginning of 2018.

Vinod Chand – Managing Member of Atlas Hospitality Systems Director
A 30 year veteran of the food service industry, Mr Chand has developed proprietary efficiency systems that translate to profits in the hospitality industry. Mr Chand’s leadership skills are supported by his multi-language skills paired with his unique talent to motivate large staff with one vision to execute. Mr. Chand holds several degrees including Business and Economics, his experience in accounting, labor management, forecasting, marketing and merchandising are key elements for success. Mr Chand’s portfolio includes 23 KFC franchised restaurants, 2 restaurants in mid-town, the food court at the Citi-Corp building and is developing a 128 room Hotel Indigo in downtown Manhattan in the Financial District, New York and also a 166 room Marriott hotel in Times Square, New York. He also plans to start working on 2 new construction hotel properties in Long Island City, New York – a 116 room Staybridge Suites and a 104 room Wyndham Tryp- beginning of 2018.

PAUL B. Patel – Director of Operations of Atlas Hospitality
Brings 23 years of hands on hotel development, ownership and management experience to Atlas Hospitality. He is also on the Advisory Board of Red Roof Inn hotel chain. He has developed 2 hotels from ground-up. His current portfolio includes 11 hotel assets, owned and operated across several states, is developing a 128 room Hotel Indigo in downtown Manhattan in the Financial District, New. Other brands include Inter Continental Hotels, Choice Hotels, Motel 6, Red Roof Inn, and Boutique Independents. Mr. Patel holds an undergrad in Chemistry with minor in Physics and Mathematics and a Master’s Degree.
